Stream iTV, offers a 7 Day Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just follow our very easy to follow cancellation and refund process instructions.

To cancel and request a refund for Stream iTV, simply create a support ticket by clicking on the SUPPORT link at the top of this website and submitting the appropriate ticket.

Refunds for Stream iTV Subscriptions will be processed within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on file. Please note, a $5.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations of our monthly plans. A $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to our quarterly plans. A $15.00 cancellation fee will apply to our bi-annual plans. And $20.00 cancellation fee will apply to our annual plans. Any cancellations made after the 7 day risk-free period becomes non refundable.

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1 day.
